Linda was excellent from the very day I told her we were looking for a house in Lake Forest. She sent us listings the same day. Since we relocated from the East Coast our purchase was contingent on the sale/closing of our home there before we could close on a home here. She was very patient and went to many open houses with us. Once we received a contract and closing date on the sale of our East Coast home, Linda sprang into action to get us to see as many houses as possible. We even went to some houses twice, just so we knew whether the home did or didn't meet our needs. On one of those second visits, we knew we found our new home! Linda communicated with us through every step of the transaction and on days where there were no new developments, she let us know that, too. This is, by far, the most seamless purchase transaction I have experienced which was so important because this is the home we will have in our retirement which will accommodate many family dinners and hopefully soon, grandchildren!
